Private functions are perfect at The Collection Bar. Whether its your next Birthday, enjoying a Hen′s party or celebrating an Engagement, group functions are just the thing at The Collection Bar. We can arrange for your private function to be exclusive during a Saturday early afternoon and early evening up to 5:30pm or all day on Sundays. Otherwise we can also reserve you areas of the bar for all smaller group functions, up to 50 pax to be reserved at any time. This is perfect for your Friday or Saturday nights.
Beverage Options
Starting your function with one of Collection Bar′s classic or contemporary cocktails is the perfect way to kick off your event! We also have on offer a wide range of local and imported beers and an extensive range of Australian and New Zealand wines.
The Collection Bar has three beverage options to choose from; cash bar, bar tabs as well as the beverage packages outlined below, ensuring there is something to suit every budget and event type.

Food Options
Group sit down set menus are the perfect way to celebrate various occasions, and great for all group bookings sized between 8 – 30 pax.
For $25 per head, this includes mixed platters with: Mixed Dips, Salt & Pepper Calamari, Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Arancini Rice Balls, Chicken Saganaki Skewers and Chorizo. 1 cocktail per person from our extensive cocktail list is also included.
